The Viscount Archery Club was recently aiming at a different target.

The Archery Club held their Ham Shoot, where members of their Junior Olympic Program sold plates that are divided into eight sections. Each section was priced at $4, and whichever name was hit won a ham.

Taking place on December 16th at Viscount Family Fun Day, Bernie Vossen, President of the Viscount Archery Club went into detail about the proceeds and where they are going.

"We had about 70 plates sold this year, which equalled approximately $1,200, and all those proceeds will go towards the funding of the Archery Club."

The funds help with the cost of targets, supplies, and anything the club needs throughout the year.
