The Annual Ceremonial Review of the 572 Humboldt Legion Army Cadet Corps took place Wednesday evening.

The event wraps up the Cadet's year.

Sergeant Blaze Joa just completed his fifth year, he is actually now using his experience for summer employment as he explains.

"In 2015 I went to drill and ceremonial instructor camp and in 2016 I went to expedition instructor camp and this summer I am going to be a staff at the Vernon Cadet Centre."

Master Corporal Lucas Corriveau is a three year Cadet, he says they have a number of events all year long.

"We have some sport nights sometimes, we do drill quite a bit and lessons on what we're supposed learn about the outdoor activities we do such as camps and what not."

During the ACR the Cadets were inspected by the Reviewing Officer, they also handed out yearly awards and the customary marches.

Overall it's something highly recommended by Corporal Rya Joa who just finished her second year in the program.

"Meeting the great people here and the experience. We have field training exercises and we get to meet other people too, it's a whole lot of fun."

There was 20 Cadets this year in Humboldt.
