Humboldt held their Canada Day celebration in Water Ridge park this year, with lots of entertainment for those who attended.

The Gazebo stage was jam-packed with entertainment with music from Ray Whitton, Greg Torwalt, Gravel Hound, and many more.

The kids got to spend the day splashing in the spray park, bouncing in the bouncy castles, and maybe even meeting a new friend at the petting zoo. Randy's Caricatures was also there, drawing people in cartoon form.

A Canadian flag, as well as a Saskatchewan flag and City of Humboldt flag, were signed by attendees and will be gifted to Humboldt's own Briane Thiessen-Eaton as a good luck present before she hits the track at the Olympics in Rio De Janiero in August.

And of course, the fireworks lit up the sky at 11 to cap off a wonderful Canada Day here in Humboldt.
