Cropper Motors is doing a fundraiser to support both Naicam School.

The Drive One event will be taking place Tuesday in Naicam.

Cropper Motors General Manager Kevin Cropper says that the event will from 12:00 to 6:00pm.

"It's the same day the smaller children are holding their track and field event, so there will be lots of entertainment there as well," he noted. "Drive away your favourite Ford, try something you've never driven before. Tell us what you think, and Ford will give away $20 dollars."

Cropper describes just how easy it can be to support the schools.

"All you do is, we usually have anywhere from 6 to 7 vehicles, you come you sit in the new F-150, you take it for a quick drive with one of our employees. Ask a few questions (if you have any), if not just get out, sign your forms and the school will get $20 for every drive that's taken."

Cropper says Ford will hopefully be donating some big cash to the schools.

"It's always good to get corporate money I call it. These companies are always in the big centres of Canada and we don't know all the things they do usually in our small towns, but this way they contribute up to $6000 for each event and they're giving out hundreds of thousands of dollars over the year to all the communites across Canada."

Twenty dollars for each test drive goes to the host school, proceeds will go to various school functions.
