The Humboldt Dodgers have been crowned Provincial Champions.

The Dodgers took part in the 15U Tier 3 Provincial Championships in Martensville from July 19th-21st.

The Dodgers wrapped up round-robin play with an undefeated record and a first-place finish in their pool. They defeated Watrous 15-5, Swift Current 15-1 and the Saskatoon Braves 6-3 to go 3-0 through the first two days of action.

The top seeding for the Dodgers set up a semi-final matchup with the Lumsden Cubs. Dylan Smith took to the mound for Humboldt and threw a complete game, 2-run performance resulting in an 11-2 Dodgers victory. With the win, the Dodgers advanced to the gold medal game against the Sask Five Giants.

In the Finals, it was Bradley Ries who was sparkling on the mound. Reis allowed only one hit on route to a 12-1 victory and a Humboldt Dodgers 15U Tier 3 Provincial Championship.

Congratulations to the 15U Humboldt Dodgers.
