Nowadays, there are so many forms of communication.

Texting, email, direct messaging through apps, calling, facetime, and I could go on and on! I decided to run a poll on whether Humboldt and surrounding area would rather text or call someone if they needed to talk.

It turns out 74% of people would rather text, with the remaining 26% calling whoever they need to talk to. In my opinion, I'd rather call someone if I need to talk to them. When you're texting you have to wait for them to reply, you might forget to text your friend back, and also you can't hear the person's tone.

When you call someone you can get the point across much quicker without any having any questions with how they are feeling or what mood they are in. Although calling people to talk has its downsides. There are times where I may call too early or too late and wake up the person I want to talk to from their slumber.

Sorry to everyone I've woken up with my phone calls, but texting is just too tedious.
