Paving work along 12th Avenue in the City of Humboldt between 13th Street and 16th Street will begin Monday.

Trinity Excavating will begin base reconstruction, that's expected to take a week, the entire project will be completed by July 28th.

During the road work the stretch of road will be closed and residents affected by the construction will need to park in different areas. Residents along 12th Avenue in the work zone as well as residents on the 1200 block of 13th Street, Telfer and Centennial Place.

REACT has altered their garbage pick-up dates as well, the black trash bin will be picked up this Monday instead of Friday. If you live on the 1100 or 1200 block of 13th Street, Telfer and Centennial Place or Centennial Way your cart should be at your curbside by 5am Monday.

Residents have been provided with letters explaining the work leading up to it beginning, if you have any questions contact City Hall at 306.682.2525 ext. 305
