Environment Canada has issued wind warnings for much of central Saskatchewan on Saturday, June 13. Southeasterly winds are expected to mount to sustained speeds of 70 km per hour with peak gusts nearing 90.

Winds will gradually subside this evening. Environment Canada advises that at those wind speeds, damage to buildings such as to roof shingles and windows may occur. Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury of damage.
