Humboldt Minor Baseball registrations are open until March 15th for all players and coaches.

In order to register, you must do so online by clicking this link:  http://www.humboldtminorbaseball.com

Registrations for players range from $ 95 to $150 based on age. Family discounts are available, as the 3rd and subsequent players in the same family can register for half price.

Coaching registrations are also needed.

"Registration numbers are looking really good so far. We have a little bit of a shortage of coaches at the moment, which happens in every sport. Trying to garner volunteers can sometimes be tough, but without our volunteers, our sports don't run in and around our community. So we are looking for coaches applications, and that can also be found on the website. There will be a coaches clinic held late March or early April. If your son or daughter is registered in Humboldt Minor Baseball and you want to coach, we will cover the cost of the clinic.," said Paul Strueby with Humbolt Minor Baseball.

The league is also looking for umpires. There will be an umpire clinic on April 14th at St. Augustine School in Humboldt where those who would like to be an umpire can register. The clinic will be run by Gord Kiefer.

Lastly, there is a new online clothing store where registrants can order their Humboldt Minor Baseball Humboldt Dodgers uniforms.

"The online store will streamline things a bit. It's going to make things easier for each team where we won't have to do a separate order, and the kids can have all their matching gear from there."

The Facebook page can be found by clicking https://www.facebook.com/HumboldtMinorBaseball/. All updates relating to coaching clinics and more can be found here.

Once again the registration deadline for coaches and players is March 15th.
